The second 90-minute webinar, "The RFP: Contract Types and the Associated Risks" is scheduled on April 28, 2021 starting at 10:30 am Eastern time.
 
The federal government issues many different types of contracts. Each contract type comes with risks that you’ll need to understand and manage to be successful. In part two of this webinar, we’ll analyze contract types, examine the risks associated with each type, and develop a process for identifying and mitigating risks. This material is presented in a very interactive format, using Kahoot, you’ll learn and have fun! You’ll come away with a better understanding of each contract type issued by the government as well as how to evaluate and manage performance risk. You can use this knowledge to build a better management plan that will improve your bottom line! This session will cover:
